Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Hartsdale, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 12β8:30 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (914) 288-9088. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is saigonesehartsdale.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 630 reviews, which is a strong result for a vietnamese in Hartsdale and suggests consistent service.
Hartsdale is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Hartsdale follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I ordered a Bahnmi sandwich, the classic one, it was by far the worst one ive had. It wasn't spicy, it had slices of pork fat (just the fat, why?) I asked them to put jalapeΓ±o in the sandwich, just in case they didn't put them in, i was right... Homie gave me a bag of jalapeΓ±os so i can put it in myself. Overpaying for a sandwich to then put it together myself was the last straw. Avoid this place.

A perfect place for Vietnamese cuisine and I can this to my list of some good quality Vietnamese food, and itβs not that many options for food that brings back childhood memories. We especially love this place with good options for gluten free foods like Pan Fried Noodles and a good handful of other options. Their menu list most of their allergies and staff is knowledgeable of them. I highly recommended coming here.

I was blown away by the incredible dining experience at Saigonese Restaurant! The Vietnamese cuisine they offer is simply amazing. The spring rolls were a delightful explosion of fresh flavors and satisfying crispiness. Additionally, the beef cubes were tender and packed with delicious flavors. The service was top-notch and the ambiance added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I highly recommend Saigonese Restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional Vietnamese cuisine!"

We had such a good dinner at Saigonese the other night. This was only my second time having Vietnamese food and Iβm so glad I had it again! The outside and inside of the building are painted in a bright yellow making it really stand out. We were seated right away and ordered a Thai iced tea and the pork summer rolls to start with. The rolls were served with a peanut sauce and it was so good individually and also together. We also ordered a classic banh mi (pork belly, pate, and pork ham filling) and the grilled lemongrass chicken noodles. Both entrees were also so good. The service was good although a little slow but overall I really enjoyed my time here. Iβll definitely come back!
